2021 was a record-breaking year for entering bird species into eBird. The results of all your efforts within the NCWAS four-county area are in.
By the numbers:
- 1,061 people contributed to eBird in 2021
- The observers contributed a total of 17,931 checklists to eBird
- Data submitted to eBird came from 4,403 locations
- 277 species were documented (2020 had 270 species recorded)
